Focus Area: Performers (Young Performers, Graduates, and Performers).

Role Overview:
You are a product management professional, with strong B2C experience, who can take ambiguous problems and form logical solutions quickly. You will manage medium-sized processes that directly impact the daily experience of our performer community. You will execute work with minimal support and direction, making independent decisions that have a direct business impact daily. You seek diverse perspectives and are proactive in fixing issues within your own team and functional area.

  • Minimum 4 years product management experience, including B2C experience.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of subscription management and churn mitigation techniques.
  • Knowledge of agile working practices (Scrum, Kanban etc).
  • An eye for design excellence and a strong understanding of UX.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Spotlight performer experience, conceiving of and delivering products and features that drive value for our subscribers.
  • Own a world class mobile experience, including native Android and iOS apps.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to help drive product strategy and deliver an ambitious roadmap.
  • Regularly meet your customers and users, conducting focus groups, sending regular.
  • Multi-variate testing experience and acquisition funnel optimization experience (customer sign up etc).
  • Experience with subscription products and customer acquisition/retention (including churn mitigation).
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and cross functional teams to launch amazing products with impact.
  • Act as the first point of contact for issue triage, resolving most issues and problems independently.
  • Work with and experiment with AI-powered tools to rapid prototype ideas, enhance our process and analyze data.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, answering questions and providing updates on product status, features, and timelines.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis, helping to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product management processes and tools, helping us to be more efficient and effective.
  • Build insightful dashboards and reports that measure the effectiveness of your products and can use data to inform product decisions.
