Software is a strategic cornerstone of our operations. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the operational and quality-release layers of our pharma cold-chain platform - the capabilities that help shift the supply chain from reactive firefighting to proactive prevention and turn every shipment into audit-ready, released product. You’ll bring product management experience, technical understanding, and a strategic approach to developing solutions for AI-driven supply chain environments.
📍 Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands, with remote working available within these countries. For those based in Switzerland, we operate a hybrid working model due to our local office presence.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for real-time cold-chain operations and product release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales and Marketing, to develop and bring products to market
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, opportunities, and the competitive landscape
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights and business objectives
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and ongoing development
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to develop joint offerings for SkyCell customers
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards throughout the product development process
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate expertise and insights from the pharmaceutical sector
- Analyse product performance and customer data to inform product decisions and improve user and business outcomes
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and build effective working relationships
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Business, Pharma, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in product management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, supply chain, or logistics sector
- Experience developing products or solutions involving real-time monitoring, alerting, control towers/operational response, quality release, or root-cause analysis
- Understanding of current product development and supply chain technologies, with knowledge of IoT solutions an advantage
- Ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to inform product decisions
