Job Description
Join our Product & Portfolio team as Product Manager – Portfolio & Growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape growth, drive change, and work close to strategy. You will help turn ideas into action across product launches, portfolio development, and commercial growth projects for Worcester Bosch in the UK and Ireland.
You will work with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Training, Service, and senior leaders. You will connect people, structure plans, and keep key projects moving.
What you will do:
- Drive major product launches and portfolio initiatives as the market launch coordinator.
- Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery.
- Build simple, clear plans that drive progress.
- Analyse market and portfolio opportunities.
- Prepare business cases for growth ideas.
- Bring teams together and create strong stakeholder alignment.
- Help prepare key strategy meetings and leadership updates.

Qualifications
What we are looking for
- A commercial or strategic mindset.
- Strong interest in growth, markets, customers, and business development.
- Clear thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Confidence to turn ideas into structured plans.
- Good project management and organisation skills.
- A proactive style and the drive to make things happen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.
- Experience in product management, portfolio management, business development, consulting, commercial projects, or strategy is helpful.
- Experience in HVAC, energy, building technology, or engineering is a plus, but not essential.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related area is desirable.

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Please note that this date is advisory and can be flexible within reason.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
