About the Job

The Product Manager owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain of the Zone & Co platform — covering procurement, vendor management, AP automation, invoice capture, approvals, and payments. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and ongoing health of live features.

You'll translate complex AP/procurement workflows (requisition-to-approval, three-way match, invoice capture, payment execution) into intuitive software built natively on Oracle NetSuite. This is a ground-floor opportunity in "Agentic Finance" — you'll spend more time in working prototypes than slide decks, using AI to move from insight to demo in hours, and you'll define how autonomous agents earn user trust in a domain where accuracy is non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

  • Define product vision and strategy for P2P, backed by market and customer research
  • Own the roadmap — set OKRs and prioritize new features, enhancements, defects, and tech debt
  • Lead development with Engineering and Design through the Agile lifecycle
  • Drive Agentic AI integration — automate invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing, while designing guardrails, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
  • Prototype fast with AI, then turn what works into requirements, user stories, and quality evals for AI features
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategy and enablement
  • Ensure product logic meets global financial and tax compliance standards
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback
  • Protect UX so complex workflows stay intuitive within NetSuite
  • Manage backlog, stakeholder alignment, UAT, and internal training
  • Use AI tools to summarize customer feedback from Support and Sales
  • Evaluate third-party integrations and support technical debt reduction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
