We work with one of the most valuable product data sets in the country, building scalable, high-performing products that underpin critical business operations and enable major strategic change. You'll be joining a team responsible for the Core Capabilities of Commercial Product Data, ensuring that Product Data remains a trusted, scalable and cost-effective business capability. Our platforms and services sit at the heart of the commercial ecosystem, supporting everything from day-to-day trading operations through to large-scale transformation programmes.

This is a highly visible role operating across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and business teams. You'll balance the needs of today's business with the investments required to build tomorrow's capabilities, ensuring our data services remain reliable, resilient and ready for the future.

This is an exciting role, operating at the centre of Commercial Product Data. We are on a mission to make good food joyful, accessible and affordable for everyone, every day. To help us achieve that ambition, you’ll be expected to:
- Own end-to-end product discovery and delivery across Commercial Product Data initiatives, driving product, data and platform improvements that improve data quality, operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Define product strategy and roadmaps, balancing immediate trading and compliance needs with longer-term platform investment
- Translate business, technical and operational requirements into clear, actionable product and engineering outcomes
- Lead cross-functional working groups, aligning product, engineering, architecture, delivery and business stakeholders
- Make clear prioritisation decisions across competing business, operational and technology demands, focusing teams on the highest-value outcomes

More about you
- Experience working as a Product Manager, ideally within data, platform or enterprise technology domains
- Strong experience operating products that support critical business processes in complex environments.
- Comfortable working with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and business stakeholders to shape and deliver solutions
- Proven ability to prioritise across competing business, operational and technology demands.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to define roadmaps and make value-based prioritisation decisions.
- Able to translate complex technical and business challenges into clear product objectives and actionable plans.
- A collaborative leadership style, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
