Job Description

We are evoke, one of the world’s leading betting and gaming companies and we're looking for a Leeds-based visionary and driven Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for our Sports & Retail team. If you enjoy balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership, this role will allow you to shape the future of our products and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Our Product Team is made up of a group of passionate people collaborating to achieve the shared goal of creating pioneering products. It is one of our core teams as product vision and strategy determine the success of our products. Join us in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers worldwide.

What you will be doing:

  • Defining and driving the overall product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a strong understanding of marketplace and wider industry trends
  • Prioritising product initiatives and maintaining a long-term roadmap that delivers measurable business value
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gather input, align on goals, and communicate product direction
  • Managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to development and go-to-market
  • Leading the assessment of product performance and defining key success metrics for ongoing optimisation
  • Working closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure successful execution of the product vision
  • Identifying and mitigating issues, ensuring smooth product development and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction

Who we are looking for:

We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply for this role, you will have:

  • In-depth Product Management experience, with a proven track record of defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision
  • Experience building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leveraging excellent communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and successful outcomes
  • A strategic and data-driven mindset to define product success metrics, assess performance, and make informed decisions that deliver measurable business value
  • Experience leading and navigating complex product environments, proactively managing issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth product development and delivery

It's a bonus if you have experience in Sports & Retail or the betting industry and are familiar with advanced product management tools and methodologies.
