Product Manager

Remote based, UK

£65k - £85K

My client is a profitable fintech business founded in the UK & now operating globally – Over last 8yrs scaling an award winning accounting tech platform enabling SME & Mid market clients to grow fearlessly taking control of AP / AR, Credit Control & Cashflow management all in one place…

2026 has been hugely impactful in their growth journey & Q4 is looking brilliant for a product manager to join a enthusiastic product designer & engineering manager to lead customer driven product developments & launch of new product partners to develop our use cases.

This is a hands-on role (one direct report and you will report into CEO) Most of the week is spent close to the squad, at the level of user stories, acceptance criteria and refinement, with the remainder spent with customers and with colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance.

We are looking for development of clarity, focus, and momentum to the squad by turning ambiguity into shared understanding, clear bets, and high-quality execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
