Product Manager - SaaS Platform

6 Month Contract

Location: Remote - UK

Rate: £600 - £650 per day (INSIDE IR35)

Key skills: Product Management, SaaS, Platform Modernisation, 0-1 Delivery, Agile, UX, Cloud Platforms

We are recruiting an experienced Product Manager to support the major redesign and redevelopment of a long-established governance software product.

The existing platform has been in use for more than 25 years and is now undergoing a significant refresh and reimagining. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for helping turn an established product into a modern, intuitive and scalable cloud-based solution.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product design and user research teams to define requirements, prioritise delivery and guide the product through a substantial period of change.

This is primarily an execution and product-delivery role rather than a go-to-market position. The role is remote within the UK, although candidates should ideally be available to attend an initial team kick-off in London.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will:

  • Help shape and deliver the redevelopment of an established governance software product
  • Develop a detailed understanding of customer needs, pain points and existing product limitations
  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and design teams
  • Define, refine and prioritise the product roadmap
  • Take a hands-on approach to backlog management and product delivery
  • Work closely with engineering teams to assess technical options, dependencies and trade-offs
  • Collaborate with product designers and user researchers to create intuitive, user-centred experiences
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from discovery and concept through to delivery and release
  • Use customer research, data and analytics to inform product decisions
  • Ensure requirements are clear, outcome-focused and technically achievable
  • Support effective Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban or similar methodologies
  • Maintain clear product documentation and promote strong knowledge sharing
  • Communicate product priorities, decisions and progress to stakeholders at all levels
  • Balance customer requirements, regulatory considerations, technical feasibility and business objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
