Product Manager, Safety & Compliance

CreatorIQ is the software enterprise brands and agencies use to run their creator marketing programs. Customers include Burson, Delta Air Lines, Google, LVMH, Nestlé and Sephora. Those programs only hold up if the content is brand safe, sponsorships are disclosed, the music is cleared, and every campaign follows the rules in the markets it runs in. You'll own the product that makes that happen.

The core is SafeIQ, our always-on brand safety system. It runs multimodal AI classification on audio, video, images and text across millions of creator posts, and flags risk before it becomes a headline.

If you like turning messy classification and regulatory problems into workflows that risk, legal and compliance teams trust, you'll fit in. We're growing fast, and we work with teams around the world who care about doing great work.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Own the in-app brand safety review and workflow experience end to end, with one goal: shorten the path from "AI flagged something" to "a human made a confident decision." Ship, measure, learn, repeat.
  • Decide how AI classification reaches people: severity, categories, thresholds, review states and false-positive handling. Work with data science on what the models look for across audio, video, images and text, how confident they need to be before surfacing something, and where a human stays in the loop. Make every flag explainable and auditable.
  • Own compliance beyond content risk: sponsorship and ad disclosure under FTC guidelines and their equivalents, music licensing and rights clearance, legal drinking age (LDA) rules for alcohol promotion, and GDPR and regional privacy requirements. Work with Legal, Trust & Safety and regional compliance stakeholders to stay ahead of regulatory change without making every workflow wait on a legal review.
  • Understand the business nuance for API contracts, webhook payloads and data models with engineering so customers can pull safety and compliance signals into their own systems.
  • Work with GTM on positioning, packaging and enablement so what we sell matches what the product does and what regulators require.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • You've spent 4+ years in product management or equivalent technical product ownership in B2B SaaS. Titles matter less than the work.
  • You have good product taste. You can look at an AI-generated feature or output and tell good UX from an AI slop, and you can say why.
  • You think critically and independently. You don't take a model's output, a legal requirement, a stakeholder request or a roadmap item at face value.
  • You can turn a dense, ambiguous regulatory or licensing requirement into a workflow engineers can build, and write it up clearly without needing a meeting.
  • You know the basics of AI classification pipelines: inference, confidence thresholds, false positives and negatives, and human review. You don't have to build them.
  • You're comfortable with API contracts, webhooks and role-based access well enough to write requirements with engineers.
  • You care more about solving real user problems, like getting a risk team to zero backlog with confidence, than about shipping features for their own sake.
  • You're curious, self-driven and low-ego. You own the product end to end, don't wait to be told what's next, and are allergic to "that's not my job."
  • You're comfortable working with distributed teams. Most work is async and flexible, but occasionally we'll ask for a later call. Stakeholders for this role are distributed across NA, EU, and APAC timezones

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
