Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join an established banking organisation, with Salesforce and ideally Salesforce Financial Services Cloud at the core of the role.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a proven understanding of how CRM capabilities can support customer journeys, relationship management and business processes within a financial services environment. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable, alongside a strong understanding of the Financial Services sector, ideally gained within banking and/or Wealth Management, and an appreciation of the regulatory, operational and customer complexities of a large established bank.
About the Role
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in Product Leadership, taking ownership of product strategy and the creation and management of product roadmaps, backlogs and priorities. They will have experience leading and supporting Product Owners through delivery, ensuring teams remain focused on customer outcomes and measurable business value. Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum environments is essential, including working effectively with Scrum teams, facilitating prioritisation, refinement and planning activities, and using Agile principles to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement. The ability to work collaboratively across business, technology, architecture, data and delivery teams will be critical.

The role will also involve leading Discovery and shaping new product opportunities, from identifying and defining business and customer problems through to validating potential solutions and developing robust, quantified Business Cases. The Product Manager will be expected to use data and evidence to support decision-making, assess opportunities, define success measures and demonstrate the value and impact of product investments. A strong understanding of data is therefore essential, including the ability to work with data teams and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable product insights and requirements.

Experience of complex transformation and migration programmes is also highly desirable, particularly experience migrating customers, processes and/or data from legacy CRM or technology platforms onto modern platforms such as Salesforce. The successful candidate will understand the challenges associated with legacy-to-modern system migrations, including data quality, integration, customer journeys, operational change and adoption. Overall, this role requires a strong Product Manager who combines deep Salesforce expertise, ideally Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, with proven Product Leadership, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, strong data capability and a track record of delivering transformation within a complex banking environment.
