About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own our search experience that millions of customers land on when they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo, and the single biggest lever we have on what they find.
The Role
The role sits in our Core Consumer organisation in the Search domain, which is responsible for the in-app experience. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA markets, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Search is where customers tell us exactly what they want. Getting it right across restaurants, grocery, and retail - in every language we operate in - is one of the highest-intent and hardest problems in the app.
What You'll Work On
- Query understanding, Autosuggestions and AI/ML problems in the Search domain
- Where conversational and agentic search changes how customers get to a decision.
- Making search work across three brands, multiple languages, and query behaviour that differs market by market.
Our Humble Expectations
- We're looking for a product leader more than a feature owner. Someone who can find the problems that matter most, for customers and for the business, and make the case for solving them.
- You bring proven experience as a Product Manager in Consumer, or on another relevance- or ranking-driven consumer experience.
- You demonstrate fluency with search measurement and know how to actually move it.
- You show strong product judgment, backed by data literacy and customer insight.
- You work backwards from the customer problem, and you can weigh that against the most urgent business problems at the same time, rather than treating it as a side you have to pick.
- You think strategically: you can zoom out to where the domain should be in two years, then zoom back in on what we should ship next quarter.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible. This industry is changing fast, AI most of all, and the plan we write in January won't be the plan in June.
- You work deeply with ML and engineering on relevance and ranking, without needing to be an ML expert yourself.
- You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and you can tell real value from hype.
- You build a case and bring people with you: engineering, design, analytics, and local market teams across three brands and many markets.
- You do your best work with range: global platform thinking one week, a specific market's reality the next.
