We’re looking for a Product Manager – Search Relevance & Ranking to own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the search experiences that help millions of customers discover their perfect holiday. This is a high-impact product role at the heart of our AI transformation—shaping how customers search, discover, and connect with the right properties through smarter algorithms, semantic search, and conversational experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search relevance, ranking, and discovery.
- Evolve search experiences to improve guest experience and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build algorithmic, semantic, and AI-powered search.
- Balance relevance, personalization, commercial goals, and owner outcomes through product decisions.
- Define success metrics across relevance, coverage, latency, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve search journeys.
- Shape the future of AI-driven, conversational, and agentic search experiences.
- Align Product, Design, Technology, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable impact.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear decisions and stakeholder alignment.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Extensive Product Management experience across discovery, delivery, prioritization, and outcomes.
- Proven ownership of search strategy within complex technical environments.
- Strong understanding of search technologies, including ranking algorithms, embeddings, and learning-to-rank.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and technical teams.
- Commercially focused, using KPIs, customer insights, and experimentation to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
