Description & Requirements

Bloomberg's Trade Execution Management System (TEMS) is a market-leading, end-to-end fixed income sell-side trading platform used by leading market making institutions worldwide. As fixed income markets continue to evolve toward electronic execution, our clients rely on TEMS to manage increasingly sophisticated D2C (Dealer-to-Client) trading workflows across multiple asset classes, venues, and trading protocols.

Our D2C platform provides mission critical trading through venue connectivity, RFQ workflow management, trading rule engines, and intuitive user interfaces. It enables dealers to efficiently price, negotiate, execute, and manage client trades while seamlessly integrating with Bloomberg and third-party trading ecosystems, including TOMS OMS.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team to define and drive the strategy for Bloomberg's Sell-Side D2C fixed income trading platform.

This is a highly visible role with significant ownership. You will shape the future of Bloomberg's D2C trading capabilities while ensuring our existing client base continues to receive best-in-class solutions. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Clients, and other TEMS product teams, you will translate market needs into innovative products that help dealers better serve their customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
