About the Role
We are looking for product practitioners who can design, define, and refine digital products. You have real product management experience, and you also understand consulting and the intricacies of client work.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead product engagements for PE-backed portfolio companies and corporate clients. You will shape what gets built and why, and take it from first idea through to a product in use. You will do this inside client relationships with their own priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and constraints. You will also originate work, develop your team, and help build the practice.
About Palladium
Palladium Digital is an innovative and fast-growing digital consultancy specializing in the private equity space, with a growing corporate client base. We are award-winning practitioners, recognized for the quality of our Digital Due Diligence, Digital Transformation, and Commercial strategy work, and recently acquired by Inspirit Capital and PCB Partners, backing our next phase of growth as we build on our leadership position in digital and technology advisory for the PE sector. We work from offices in London, New York, and Oxford.
Our work spans two connected practices: Transaction Advisory Services, which provides digital and technology due diligence to PE investors; and Value Creation, which helps PE-backed and corporate businesses define opportunities and execute on their growth potential. Deep functional expertise underpins all of it, across our practitioner-led centres of excellence: commercial and market strategy; tech-enabled sales, marketing, and service acceleration; AI and data landscape navigation, solution design, and deployment; and rapid technology solution design and deployment for complex problems.
We value entrepreneurship, adaptability, and creative problem-solving. There are real opportunities here to shape how we work, not just do the work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
