I'm looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong data and transformation background to lead the development and evolution of a major enterprise data platform that sits at the heart of a large-scale digital transformation programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of how data is shared, accessed and utilised across a complex organisation, influencing both strategic direction and real-world delivery outcomes.
You'll be responsible for driving product vision, stakeholder engagement and roadmap development, working across business and technical teams to ensure the platform continues to deliver measurable value while enabling modern, data-driven ways of working.
This role would suit someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of data, technology, business change and product strategy, and who is comfortable navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders, priorities and dependencies.
What I'm looking for:
- SFIA Level 5 Product Management experience
- Strong experience managing data products, integration platforms or enterprise data-sharing services
- Experience delivering products within large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Proven ability to define and communicate compelling product visions and roadmaps
- Experience identifying, prioritising and delivering high-value product opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing product success metrics, adoption frameworks and value measurement approaches
- Knowledge of organisational design, operating models and service adoption strategies
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, integration challenges and modern ways of working
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints and organisational priorities
- Comfortable working collaboratively across architecture, data, digital and technology teams
- Experience operating within complex public sector, regulated or enterprise environments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
