Flexible Working

About The Role

Social value is becoming a critical factor in customer procurement and contract delivery, particularly across the public sector and increasingly within private sector and wholesale markets. Customers expect organisations to demonstrate measurable social impact and provide transparent reporting against their commitments.

As Product Manager, Social Value, you will be responsible for managing and evolving BT's social value portfolio, ensuring customer commitments are translated into measurable outcomes, robust impact frameworks and effective reporting mechanisms. Working closely with Bid, Commercial, Product, Delivery and Contract Management teams, you will help ensure social value commitments are consistently delivered and evidenced.

You will play a key role in strengthening BT's social value proposition through effective governance, performance measurement and customer reporting, helping demonstrate the tangible impact of BT's products and services while supporting contractual and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Bid & Customer Support

  • Partner with account, bid and contract teams to develop social value products and solutions that support customer requirements and commercial objectives.
  • Translate customer social value requirements into clear, measurable and deliverable product commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
