Product Manager - Solutions & Implementations Lead
We're partnering with a growing payments technology business that provides payment solutions across high-volume, customer-facing environments, including hospitality, events, retail and eCommerce. As the business continues to expand its technology and partner ecosystem, they're looking for a Product Manager - Solutions & Implementations Lead to take ownership of the strategy and delivery of third-party integrations across their payments platform.
The Role
You'll own and develop the roadmap for third-party integrations, identifying and prioritising opportunities with strategic software partners and platforms. Working closely with engineering and technical teams, you'll take integrations from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to development, testing, UAT and successful rollout. You'll act as a key link between external technology partners and internal stakeholders, translating commercial and customer requirements into clear technical specifications and ensuring solutions meet both business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and managing the third-party integration roadmap.
- Identifying, assessing and prioritising new integration opportunities.
- Defining product requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable payment integrations.
- Collaborating with payment gateways, EPOS/POS providers, ticketing systems and digital platforms.
- Building strong relationships with external technology partners, software vendors and key customers.
- Leading discovery sessions and workshops to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Supporting Sales and Account Management teams with technical product knowledge during customer onboarding and partnership discussions.
- Monitoring integration performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Supporting testing, UAT and rollout across multiple stakeholders and environments.
- Contributing to the wider product vision and long-term strategy.
- Defining KPIs and success measures around integrations and customer adoption.
- Ensuring integrations meet appropriate PCI DSS, payment security and data protection requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with previous experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Integration Product Manager or within a similar product-focused role. You'll ideally have experience within payments, fintech, EPOS/POS or another transactional technology environment, alongside a strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.

- A background within hospitality, events, retail or sports technology would also be a strong advantage.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a growing integration ecosystem rather than simply managing an established product. You'll have the opportunity to influence which integrations and technology partnerships are prioritised, shape the product roadmap and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions that directly impact customers and the growth of the business.
