This is an outstanding place to work!
Join Qualitrol at a pivotal moment as we expand from product leadership into digital services innovation. This is an outstanding place to work, where authenticity, inclusion, and innovation thrive. It all starts with the people. You will love working with colleagues who have a genuine desire to innovate and seek out complicated problems. We each come into work every day trying to make the organization a little better than it was the day before. We ask the tough questions and push each other to be courageous. This occurs in an environment that cultivates authenticity and clarity. We believe in absolute inclusion and diversity. Qualitrol associates enjoy the autonomy, breadth of responsibility, and creativity that are typical in a medium-sized company, while sharing resources, standard methodologies, and career opportunities that are found in a large company like Ralliant.
Your Impact:
Qualitrol’s Product Management team empowers utilities and industry partners with innovative solutions that provide clarity, confidence, and autonomy, delivering a unified portfolio that helps monitor performance, ensure operational health, and extend the life of critical assets.
In this role, you will own the product lifecycle for enterprise software while expanding into integrated solutions and services, bringing together hardware, software, analytics, and services into cohesive offerings that deliver measurable customer outcomes. You will lead strategy and adoption for offerings that create recurring value and drive ARR growth.
You will play a key leadership role in connecting our monitoring portfolio into standard solution packages (e.g., advanced monitoring hardware and enterprise software) and shaping new commercial models for digital and service-based offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and multi generations roadmap for Qualitrol’s enterprise software and integrated solutions and services, aligned to business objectives and ARR growth.
- Translate market and customer insights into jobs to be done to enhance asset coverage, intelligence, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog prioritization, feature definition, and Agile delivery excellence.
- Own solution packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies (integrated hardware/software offerings, tiered SaaS, services bundles, outcome-based offers).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market plans, enablement collateral, and value narratives for utilities and OEM partners.
- Establish services KPIs (ARR/MRR, adoption, reliability, NRR, time-to-value, attach rate of services) and run a regular operating rhythm for roadmap and release governance.
- Champion and enable immersive techniques and frameworks for voice-of-customer: enable discovery, lighthouse/beta programs, drive “follow me home” culture with strategic customer accounts.
- Own key integration and architecture decisions across cloud, data platforms, and edge systems (EAM/CMMS, APM, SCADA, PI/OSIsoft, cloud/edge data pipelines, APIs) and ensure alignment with utility standards (NERC CIP, IEC 61850, DNP3, cybersecurity).
- Create implementation blueprints and customer success plans for onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
