What you will be doing
Lead strategic portfolio planning for EDI and B2B document exchange solutions, partnering with leadership to shape roadmap priorities and make investment, modernization, consolidation, and retirement decisions that result in a cohesive, scalable suite of offerings.
- Conduct customer, trading partner, and market discovery to identify unmet needs, validate product opportunities, and inform investment decisions.
- Translate business, operational, and technical requirements into prioritized product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical dependencies.
- Define and monitor product performance measures, including adoption, transaction success, data quality, partner onboarding time, and operational reliability, using insights to refine the roadmap.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, quality assurance, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure integrations from prototype through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, support, and external partners on product positioning, enablement, pricing and value analysis, and partner relationships; mentor product team members as appropriate.
What you will likely bring
- 5+ years’ experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related software product role.
- 2+ years’ experience with B2B integration, document exchange, supply chain technology, ERP systems, or related enterprise software.
- Demonstrated experience developing product strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and requirements for software products from discovery through launch.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and nontechnical stakeholders around customer and business outcomes.

What could set you apart
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other ERP-intensive industries, including work with partner ecosystems, integration platforms, pricing and value analysis, or Agile software development practices.
- Working knowledge of EDI standards and B2B integration concepts, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, common business documents, APIs, XML or JSON, and secure data exchange protocols.
- Experience defining, launching, or scaling AI-enabled products, tools, or capabilities that improve customer experiences, business workflows, or operational efficiency.
