CRM Product Manager
Location: London

About the Role
Cedar are partnering with a leading professional services organisation looking for a CRM Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of its core CRM and marketing automation platforms.
You'll lead a small team and work closely with BD, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture to improve CRM adoption, data quality, automation and the overall client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
- Lead and develop a small CRM platform team.
- Drive adoption, user experience and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI and improved client journeys.
- Improve CRM data quality, governance and integrations.
- Build business cases and prioritise investment based on measurable value.
- Work with senior stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with wider growth objectives.

Experience Required
- Strong Product Management experience across business-critical or internal platforms.
- Experience owning CRM / Marketing Automation products.
- Strong understanding of BD, Marketing, campaigns, segmentation and relationship management.
- Experience with HubSpot
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience driving user adoption and change.
- Good understanding of CRM data quality, governance and integrations.
- Comfortable working across Data, Engineering and Architecture.

- Professional services or legal experience is desirable, as is exposure to MDM and enterprise data environments.
