Product Manager – Talent Solutions Data Products

Aon is looking to welcome a Product Manager to our growing Talent Solutions product team. This is a key role within our product organisation, owning the roadmap and delivery of high-impact, data-driven B2B tools used by some of the world’s most influential businesses.

This is a Hybrid role which can be positioned anywhere in the UK. The role may require travel to our head office in London.

Strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for data, product strategy, and client experience—particularly in the enterprise B2B space. You’ll be shaping solutions at the intersection of compensation, people strategy, user experience, and market insight.

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Own the product lifecycle for client-facing B2B products—from concept to launch—on our industry-leading Human Capital Analytics platform.
  • Be outcome-focused - Relentlessly focusing on outcomes over outputs—driving product decisions based on measurable client impact, business value, and real-world adoption rather than feature delivery alone.
  • Translate client needs into data products, working closely with UX, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the client - Engage directly with users and buyers to understand problems and validate opportunities.
  • Shape and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer insight, market dynamics, data feasibility, and commercial potential.
  • Dive deep into our data – Exploring the data and story to help inform and validate design and product decisions.
  • Collaborate across the business to ensure smooth delivery—whether that’s scoping feature requirements, resolving trade-offs, or removing blockers for engineering.
  • Champion product quality and data perfection, partnering with internal analysts and QA to ensure we ship trusted and intuitive tools.
  • Support go-to-market planning, including customer onboarding, commercial packaging, and positioning of new features.
  • Partner with our product analytics team to define success metrics, track performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise product features and user experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
