About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our decision platform. This role involves advancing our platform towards sophisticated, predictive, and learning-based decision-making systems, with a strategic goal of becoming a regulated medical device. As a key individual contributor, you will combine deep technical understanding with clinical product judgment and extensive experience deploying AI and machine learning solutions. Your focus will be on defining and executing the product roadmap, establishing success metrics, and embedding AI-driven predictive and supervised learning systems into production environments. You will work closely with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure safety, explainability, and compliance while pushing the boundaries of what our platform can achieve. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI-enabled healthcare solutions and directly impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Technical Product Manager in complex platform, infrastructure, or systems products
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production, particularly supervised learning or predictive systems
- Experience working within regulated frameworks, including deploying or regulating AI/Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
- Knowledge of rules engines, knowledge graphs, or AI-driven decisioning systems
- Experience handling sensitive, detailed user data in clinical or healthcare domains
- Strong ability to operate as a high-velocity individual contributor leveraging AI tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the decision platform, from high-level vision to detailed feature specifications
- Prioritize features and capabilities that deliver scalable value, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals
- Establish and systematically track success metrics to measure platform performance and impact
- Set the direction for AI and machine learning integration, embedding predictive and supervised learning into the platform
- Build and refine self-learning systems that improve recommendations while maintaining safety and explainability
- Analyze system architecture and make informed trade-offs to optimize speed, scalability, and robustness
- Contribute to shaping the regulatory pathway, including decisions around SaMD classification and compliance
- Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and quality teams to ensure patient safety, data security, and trust
- Proactively demonstrate platform capabilities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
