Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep experience in trading platforms and technology to lead the development of our trading products. As a ‘Trading Products’ Product Manager, you will lead the development and growth of our Web Application, guiding product direction with market expertise and trader insight. Collaborate across Core and Add-ons teams to unify strategy, enhance usability and competitiveness, and drive high-impact decisions that shape one of the industry’s most innovative trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the web trading application.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Define and provide detailed requirements and user stories for the development of trading tools.
- Work with B2B clients and end customers to translate market and customer insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile development process to deliver high-quality releases on time.
- Analyze trader behavior, market trends, competitor platforms, and evolving trader needs to enhance user experience, performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive product KPIs and revenue-impact metrics, regularly presenting updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with data, design, and marketing teams to optimize user experience, retention, and monetization.
- Coordinate cross-team product planning to ensure consistency across our trading products.
- Serve as subject-matter expert for market data feeds, trading integrations, and order-execution workflows.
- Communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management of trading or fintech products (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of trading platforms, market data visualization, order-execution flows, and trading tools.
- Experience with real-time stocks and futures market data feeds (e.g., CME, NASDAQ, Binance, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, competitors, and traders' needs.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day product management work.
- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Strong familiarity with web technologies (frontend frameworks, APIs, cloud architecture).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- High-level English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
- Hands-on attitude — willing to get deeply involved in product execution while shaping strategic direction.
