Job Title: Product Manager
Are you passionate about building products that solve complex customer problems and deliver measurable business impact? Do you enjoy combining customer insight, market understanding, and technology to define where a product should go next? Do you thrive at the intersection of product, technology, customers, and commercial strategy? Are you the kind of person who enjoys understanding what customers really need, turning those insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap, and bringing teams together to deliver products that customers value?
If so, we would love to hear from you!
About Us
We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. We believe in taking initiative—better to ask forgiveness than permission—but don't worry, we keep it organized and collaborative. If you love the thrill of building and iterating, you'll fit right in!
We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering, and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index, and Credo Ventures. More information about us can easily be found here: Resistant AI.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of Resistant Transactions.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the centre of Resistant AI's Transactions business. You will work across Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, and the Leadership team to ensure everyone is aligned behind a shared vision, clear priorities, and measurable customer outcomes.
You'll spend as much time understanding customers and the market as you do shaping the roadmap. You'll identify opportunities for growth, decide which ideas deserve investment, and keep the organisation focused on solving the problems that matter most.
Success in this role isn't measured by the number of features shipped, but by the value delivered to customers and the impact created for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Product Strategy
- Define, communicate, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Resistant Transactions.
- Translate customer problems, market opportunities, and company strategy into clear product priorities.
- Balance short-term customer needs with long-term strategic investments.
- Ensure roadmap decisions support measurable customer and business outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Makes Someone Successful
The best Product Managers don't simply say “yes” to every customer or internal request; they know when to say no.
- You understand that every feature or new direction carries a cost, and that focus is one of the team's greatest competitive advantages.
- You are comfortable making difficult decisions, distinguishing genuine opportunities from distractions, and helping others understand those decisions.
- You bring people together around shared goals, create clarity in ambiguity, and keep the organisation focused on delivering meaningful customer value rather than simply delivering more features.
- You are naturally curious, commercially minded, and deeply customer-centric. You enjoy understanding complex problems, working across disciplines, and helping teams make better decisions through evidence rather than opinion.
