Role Overview
Project: Demographics Project
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (Hybrid / On-site requirement: 2–3 consecutive days per month)
Rate: £600/day (Inside IR35, all-inclusive)
Sector Experience Required: Public Sector / Healthcare / NHS experience is essential
We are seeking an experienced specialist to support a critical national-scale demographics workstream. The project focuses on managing, improving, and aligning core citizen data services to enhance patient access, clinical efficiency, and data accuracy across the healthcare system.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare data architectures, data standards, and stakeholder engagement within large public sector health bodies.

- Lead, design, or contribute to work packages associated with the core demographics and patient data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, data architects, and clinical stakeholders to streamline data integration.
- Ensure alignment with information governance (IG), data protection standards, and digital strategy frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver progress reporting against project milestones.
- Attend mandatory on-site collaborative sessions in Leeds (2–3 consecutive days per month).
Essential Requirements
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record working within or delivering digital projects directly for the NHS or closely aligned public health bodies.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with large-scale demographic databases, patient registration datasets, or citizen identity management platforms (e.g., Personal Demographics Service environments).
- Delivery Track Record: Strong background in project delivery, data analysis, or technical consultancy within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to travel to the Leeds office for 2–3 consecutive days on a monthly basis.

Contract & Commercial Terms
- Rate: £600 per day.
- Tax Status: Inside IR35 (umbrella/PAYE arrangement).
- Submission Note: Direct engagement preferred where possible. Please note channel restrictions regarding specific intermediaries (avoid routing applications through Daniel Prendergast).
