THE ROLE
We are hiring a Product Manager — User Experience Lead to own how Coopah feels to use, end to end.
This is a hands-on role focused on user research, feature development, and design/UI management. You’ll need a genuinely great grasp of user experience, a technical mindset, and an obsession with running that lets you think like the people we’re building for.

Reports to - CEO
Salary - £35-45k + equity
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
User research & insight
- Talking to users/runners regularly to understand needs, pain points, and motivations
- Synthesising research into clear problem statements and opportunities
- Building a continuous feedback loop between users and the product roadmap
Feature development & prioritisation
- Investigating, scoping and designing product features
- Prioritising the roadmap for devs and/or AI-driven builds
- Writing clear specs/PRDs that translate user needs into buildable features

Design & UI management
- Working closely with a designer, to shape UI/UX across the app
- Reviewing and giving feedback on designs against user needs and brand
- Comfortable doing simple Figma or AI design work directly when it helps move things faster (adjustments, quick mockups)
Experiment management
- Designing and running experiments/A-B tests to validate feature decisions
- Defining success metrics and interpreting results
- Building a genuine test-and-learn culture across the product
Build & ship
- Seeing features through the full dev process to release. Testing features, feeding back to AI agents or developers and approving tasks.
- Using Coopah's AI-driven development pipeline (e.g. Claude Code) to build your own features (bonus)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience

- 3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally on a consumer app, with a strong UX focus
- AI native - working closely with AI tools to deliver efficient and effective solutions for all day to day working tasks.
- Comfortable working closely with designers, and comfortable in Figma yourself
- Able to write clear PRD’s (using AI tools) and tasks for developers.
- Understanding of app development processes and a clear project management capability for how to do this efficiently.
- Experience designing and running experiments/A-B tests
Mindset
- Technically minded — comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with devs and AI-driven tooling
- Running obsessed — a genuine runner who understands the sport and the audience
- User-experience-first — obsesses over the details of how something feels to use
Bonus
- Experience building and shipping AI code
- Experience with subscription/consumer apps at scale
