Job Description

Here at evoke plc, we're looking for a visionary and driven Product Manager to define and deliver the product strategy for our Customer Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, influencing product direction and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.

In addition to the requirements below, experience working within the regulatory or compliance functions of a regulated industry would be advantageous, although this does not need to be within the gaming sector. You'll have a strong understanding of modern product management tools, frameworks and methodologies, along with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple business domains.

Experience leveraging and implementing AI, large language models (LLMs) and agentic solutions to improve both customer experiences and operational processes will also be highly valued.

What you will be doing:

  • Defining and driving high-quality product requirements, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business objectives while demonstrating an understanding of market and industry trends
  • Prioritising and maintaining a long-term product roadmap that delivers measurable business value
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather insights, align on objectives and communicate product direction
  • Owning the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development and go-to-market execution
  • Leading product performance assessments and establishing key success metrics to support continuous optimisation
  • Partnering with Product Owners, development teams and delivery teams to ensure effective execution of the product vision
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks to ensure smooth product development and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
