Product Manager - Vendor Alliances | Ealing
Are you a commercially sharp Product/Vendor Manager with a proven track record in IT distribution, ready to own the growth strategy for a portfolio of software vendors? We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive revenue, margin and market share expansion across the channel, owning vendor relationships, GTM execution and pipeline performance from end to end.
This is an ownership role for someone who thrives on commercial accountability and knows how to turn vendor strategy into measurable channel results.
Missions
- Owning the commercial and GTM strategy for assigned vendors with a clear 12–36 month roadmap
- Delivering gross margin and commercial targets, supporting the Group Head of Vendor Alliances in managing team objectives
- Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors on all commercial, channel and GTM matters
- Recruiting, onboarding and growing a network of reseller partners to expand regional footprint
- Driving partner engagement through business reviews, enablement sessions, joint calls and incentive programs
- Owning the opportunity pipeline end-to-end (from lead qualification to close) with accurate forecasting
- Leading pipeline and forecast reviews, identifying coverage gaps and conversion actions
- Designing GTM campaigns, briefing marketing, and approving execution across content, events and digital channels
- Supporting BDEs and Account Managers with positioning, product knowledge and competitive differentiation
- Maintaining sharp market awareness of vendor roadmaps, competitor landscape and pricing trends
- Ensuring pricing and commercial models stay competitive while protecting margin
- Keeping CRM/ERP data and vendor documentation accurate and current
- Reporting on KPIs/OKRs: pipeline coverage, win rates, deal size, partner activation, campaign ROI

Profile
- 3 to 5 years of product/category/vendor management experience in IT distribution
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrable success driving channel-based revenue growth through resellers/partners
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing pipelines from creation to close
- Experience planning and executing GTM campaigns with marketing and sales teams
- Solid understanding of the distribution model including margin, rebates, channel incentives
- An established network of channel contacts you can activate from day one
- Strong analytical skills to translate pipeline/performance data into action
- Excellent stakeholder communication internal and external, at multiple levels
- High ownership, proactivity, and comfort managing multiple vendors in parallel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and industry events
- Experience in document solutions is a plus, not essential
