Product Manager – Health Technology

Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience

We’re recruiting a Product Manager for a growing healthcare technology business developing products that support better patient care.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of product direction, understand customer needs and help turn promising ideas into commercially successful products. You’ll work with specialists across the business and have scope to improve how opportunities are researched, prioritised and delivered.

The role

  • Set product priorities and maintain a clear roadmap.
  • Lead discovery through customer conversations, market research and testing.
  • Turn customer and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
  • Balance customer value, commercial potential and delivery considerations.
  • Work with internal teams to guide development and prepare products for launch.
  • Define success measures and use feedback to inform improvements.
  • Support commercial colleagues with product positioning and customer engagement.

About you

  • Experience managing products from discovery through development and launch.
  • A track record of translating customer insights into product decisions.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or a related regulated sector.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working through uncertainty and competing priorities.
  • A practical, analytical approach and experience in a growing business.
