The platform is designed to manage both technical and non-technical tenancy matters with clarity and precision, from tenant requests through to prompt, reliable resolution via trusted contractors.
Role Description
The Product Manager at SotoCat will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of tenancy operations products, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration. This full-time, on-site role in London involves conducting user research with real estate and lettings agencies, prioritizing product roadmap initiatives, and translating customer and business needs into clear requirements and user stories. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases, and will track product performance using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. The role also includes stakeholder communication, alignment on product vision and goals, and ensuring SotoCat’s AI-powered solutions deliver clarity, precision, and reliable outcomes for tenancy management.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirement definition, and feature prioritization for B2B or SaaS products.
- User research and discovery capabilities, such as interviewing stakeholders, mapping workflows, and converting insights into product decisions.
- Collaboration and communication skills for working with engineering, design, and operations teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical and data-driven skills to interpret product metrics, run experiments, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Understanding of AI-powered or workflow automation platforms; experience in real estate, property management, or tenancy operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
