Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to own how Revizto is delivered, deployed, and governed at scale — the product layer behind the coordination and collaboration work that happens inside a project. Your domain spans Revizto Workspace and the admin console, together with the platform foundations that support identity, provisioning, multi-tenant architecture, regional deployments, reliability, and security. This is a technical product role with a business mindset. You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and a dedicated Product Owner for our web and cloud teams who translates requirements into delivery — while you own the why: how getting users in, onboarding them quickly, and running a stable platform drives adoption, expansion, and revenue. We’re looking for someone with a product-led growth mindset, who wants to make Revizto as simple as possible to adopt so customers get value with as little hand-holding from us as possible.

Success means a global engineering firm can onboard and govern their organization with confidence — and a new team can be set up and productive on the same day.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Revizto Workspace and the admin console — covering account, license, and project administration, user management, role and permission models, reports and dashboards, and activity logs.
  • Own the identity, authentication, and access model end-to-end — SAML-based SSO (which covers Entra ID, Okta, JumpCloud, Ping, and most enterprise identity providers), SCIM provisioning, the role hierarchy across Account, License, and Project scopes, guest and suspended-user semantics, and MFA and session policies.
  • Own onboarding and provisioning for both new customers and new users within existing customers — invitation flows, license slot allocation, cross-project role assignment, project migration, and time-to-value for administrators — with the goal of moving from high-touch to low-touch onboarding.
  • Bring a product-led growth lens to the whole domain: remove friction from sign-in, onboarding, user management, and administration so the product drives its own adoption, and lay the foundations for future low-touch and self-serve motions.
  • Connect product decisions to business outcomes. Talk to customers and administrators, understand why each improvement matters to them, and build the case for how it affects adoption, expansion, retention, and revenue.
  • Set the direction for the platform foundations that let Revizto scale gracefully: multi-tenant architecture, regional server groups (North America, South America, Europe, APAC, Middle East, plus fully-isolated China and KSA on Alibaba Cloud), data residency, and tenancy isolation. Collaborate with Security, Legal, and IT on compliance posture for SOC 2, GDPR, and regional regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with Engineering and DevOps on the backend services behind Workspace, and champion reliability and observability as product concerns (SLOs, SLAs, uptime, error budgets, incident response). You will not write production code, but you must be able to read a service diagram and reason about the consequences of a design choice.
  • Make product-level solution choices in partnership with Engineering — build vs. partner vs. buy, and cloud provider selection — so decisions rest on clear product judgment about long-term platform direction.
  • Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria for admin workflows, provisioning and onboarding flows, and platform behaviors, and work with the Product Owner to turn them into delivery — with attention to backward compatibility and enterprise customers that change slowly and cannot be broken.
  • Define and track metrics across administrator activation, time-to-value, SSO adoption, license utilization, user adoption and expansion, and platform health.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful exposure to admin experience, identity and access management, platform foundations, or multi-tenant infrastructure.
  • Business and commercial mindset: you understand how product decisions translate into adoption, expansion, and revenue, and you’ve worked in a role accountable for business outcomes, not only delivery.
  • Product-led growth mindset: you look for ways to let the product do the work — simpler onboarding, less friction, fewer manual touchpoints.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise identity and access concepts — SAML-based SSO, SCIM provisioning, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, MFA — and comfort discussing them with engineering teams and enterprise IT stakeholders.
  • Backend architecture literacy: comfort reading service diagrams, reasoning about API contracts, data models, background jobs, and multi-tenant design choices. You don’t need an engineering background, but you should be able to have a productive design-review conversation with a senior engineer and weigh the trade-offs they surface between competing solution options.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture: tenancy isolation, regional deployment, data residency, and the operational reality of running the same product across multiple cloud providers.
  • Working knowledge of reliability and operations concepts (SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, observability) and awareness of SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
  • Customer focus across a broad persona set: enterprise IT admins, BIM Managers acting as license administrators, team leads onboarding their projects, and end users whose experience depends on the invisible plumbing working correctly. You’re comfortable explaining to customers why a change makes a difference to them.
  • Prioritization & Problem-Solving: comfort with frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW, and the discipline to balance foundational investments, enterprise customer asks, and growth improvements without letting any starve the others.

  • Exposure to AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or other regional cloud providers.
