Product Manager – Corporate Actions Transformation

Location: London - Hybrid / 4 days per week in office

Requirements:

  • Experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Securities Operations, or Capital Markets.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Lead, or Transformation Lead.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Actions processing, operational controls, and securities servicing workflows.
  • Experience delivering large-scale platform modernization or strategic transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, and Change teams.
  • Experience within Investment Banks, Custody Banks, Securities Services, or Financial Market Infrastructure organizations.
