Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product strategy and roadmap for a dedicated capability area, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
  • Define product priorities based on customer needs, commercial value, technical feasibility and market opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear, structured and traceable product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable epics, features and user stories.
  • Lead Agile product delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria and release governance.

  • Own product decisions relating to APIs, integrations, data delivery services and platform connectivity.
  • Define quality standards and evaluation criteria for AI-powered features, including LLM outputs, accuracy and regression testing.
  • Work with engineering teams to manage AI-related challenges, including hallucination risks, output reliability, latency and token costs.
  • Conduct customer discovery and market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
  • Engage with financial services clients to understand requirements and validate proposed solutions.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, industry developments and emerging AI technologies.
  • Support go-to-market activities alongside commercial, marketing and operations teams, including product positioning, release notes and internal enablement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
