Interim Product Manager (Loyalty & Engagement)
6-Month Contract | Hybrid (Manchester)
We're supporting a leading global e-commerce platform in hiring an experienced Product Manager to own a key area of its customer loyalty programme.
Focused on member engagement and retention, you'll drive product strategy, roadmap delivery, experimentation, and customer experience improvements across the member lifecycle. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Data and Marketing teams, you'll deliver features that increase customer value and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Define and execute the product roadmap.
- Drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Use customer insights, data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX and Analytics teams.
- Manage senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around priorities.
- Track product performance and optimise against key business metrics.

Skills & Experience
- Proven Product Management experience within digital, e-commerce, marketplace, loyalty or consumer products.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and UX-led product development.
- Data-driven approach with experience of experimentation and A/B testing.
- Commercial mindset with strong prioritisation skills.
- Good understanding of software development, backend systems and product delivery processes.
