Product Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech, they're scaling their product team and looking for a Product Manager who can turn complex problems into simple, well-built products.

This is a chance to join at an exciting stage. You'll have real ownership, direct influence over the roadmap, and the backing of a leadership team that values data-driven thinking.

The role

As Product Manager, you'll own key parts of the product lifecycle, from discovery through to launch and iteration. You'll work closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to deliver products that customers love and that move the business forward.

You will:

  • Own and prioritise the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, commercial goals and technical constraints
  • Run discovery through customer research, data analysis and experimentation
  • Write clear requirements and user stories, and work hand in hand with engineering to deliver them
  • Define success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide decisions
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, prototyping and delivery, and help the wider team do the same
  • Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to stakeholders at every level

About you

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, financial services or another regulated or data-heavy environment
  • A degree in a STEM subject, Mathematics or a related quantitative field
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, metrics and experimentation
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (for example LLM-based assistants, AI prototyping or analytics tools) in your day-to-day product work
