Reports to: Ecommerce & Marketing Lead
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Remote-friendly (UK)

Purpose of the role

The Product Manager owns the day-to-day execution of Master Replicas' marketing and product activity — turning an agreed strategy and plan into delivery that lands on time, to budget, and tied to stock. This is the doing engine of the ecommerce team: it takes ownership of launches, campaigns, email and content so that the Ecommerce & Marketing Lead is freed to focus on strategy, forecasting, commercial planning and leadership.

It's a broad, hands-on role with a lot of ownership, suited to someone who thrives on making things happen, coordinating across a small team, and seeing the results of their work quickly. It is an execution and delivery role rather than a strategy-setting one — though the right person will increasingly shape how we do things and where we grow.

Key responsibilities

Marketing execution

  • Execute the strategic marketing plan across paid media, paid social, influencers / earned community, PR and magazines
  • Lead proactive, data-led promotional planning around key dates and franchise moments (e.g. anniversary and franchise “days”), always tied to stock availability
  • Own the newsletter and schedule the weekly email programme — product launches, new-in-stock and general updates — confirming details and ensuring sends go out on time

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How the role fits and grows

The Product Manager works closely with the R&D, creative and CRM functions and reports to the Ecommerce & Marketing Lead. It begins as an execution-focused role, but as the person establishes themselves there is real scope to take on more ownership — shaping how we plan and deliver, and helping drive the channels and initiatives that grow the business.
