Enso Recruitment and International Technology Business Partnership

Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an established international technology business as they continue to invest in their Belfast presence.

As part of this growth, we are supporting the appointment of a number of Product Managers to join a highly experienced team working on complex, data-driven products.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take significant ownership within a growing product function, working on the platforms and solutions that help businesses make smarter commercial decisions at scale.

You'll partner closely with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to take products from concept through to production, defining and delivering roadmaps that drive real business impact. It's a role with genuine ownership, high visibility, and the chance to influence product direction from day one.

There are a number of roles available across two key product areas, integrations and data intelligence, giving candidates the opportunity to work in the space that best suits their background and expertise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
