Contractual Product Owner/Manager Roles
Harvey Nash has a number of clients looking to hire Product Owner/Managers on a contractual basis. Majority of these roles would be based in Glasgow (Hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week on-site).
- Rate: £300 - £420 per day, Inside IR35
- Duration: 3-6 months with potential extension
- Preferred Experience: Public sector or health sector experience

- Lead pre-discovery activities across multiple workstreams.
- Engage stakeholders to identify and validate user needs.
- Define and prioritise problems, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Support the development of a three-year delivery roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery feasibility.
Essential Experience
- Experience integrating products with other services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to articulate clear problem statements and support others in doing so.
- Proven experience applying User-Centred Design principles across multiple channels.
- Ability to adapt approaches based on business, technical, or delivery constraints.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
