Role Outline

Are you passionate about shaping the voice and strategies behind groundbreaking humanoid robots?

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining product messaging, strategy, and campaigns that elevate our brand.

You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand market demands and convey product value. Your expertise will be pivotal in articulating the unique selling points of our products and driving their success in various markets.

Our internal motto is ‘Be Wow!’, this role must show the world all the Wow things we’re doing at Engineered Arts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning for new and existing products.
  • Create compelling messaging and content to highlight product benefits and applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather product insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and customer preferences.
  • Manage product launch initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support sales teams with targeted marketing materials and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics and refine strategies as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Key Skills and Experience

Essential

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or robotics sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with proof via portfolio.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly narratives.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and campaigns.

Desirable

  • Experience in social robotics or digital entertainment and experience markets.
  • Experience marketing to technical, corporate or academic buyers such as CTOs, Engineering leaders, Operations executives or Academic researchers.
  • Experience working in venture backed high growth companies.

Useful

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Video and demo scripting experience.
  • Technical background or engineering exposure.
  • Experience in global markets.
