About Arna

Arna was started by a lawyer who spent his career advising the buyers we now sell to, and an engineer with 27 years of building B2B startups, including the last three in agentic AI. Most legal AI products are assistive, aiming to increase the productivity of individuals. Arna was envisioned as an AI agent that embeds itself in an organisation like a coworker and performs independently. She picks up tasks in Asana, answers emails, works with documents in Google Drive, and returns finished work. It was ambitious, not something one can vibe-code in a week. But we built it anyway.

We deliberately spent our first 6 months working with a small number of customers, deeply integrated, learning which organisational problems AI agents can solve at scale. That bet paid off. Our largest customer, a 400-person global workforce management platform, went live in July. Within weeks they reorganised their legal operations team around Arna. After only one month, their General Counsel reported the annual cost offsets in six figures and expected usage to grow 3-5x by year end as they roll out more use cases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

So here's our unusual situation: the bottom of the funnel is working. We know precisely who we're for, and when we get in front of that audience and demo Arna, we convert. What we haven't built is the top: the machine that finds that audience and puts us in front of them, faster than our networks can. The founders' time goes to the product, to accounts that are growing 3–5x, and to talking to qualified leads. We're not looking to hand over selling, but rather to stop rationing it.

That's this role. We built something that sells well in the room. Help us get into more rooms.

What you'll do

  • Take our best-customer profile and turn it into a named target list of European scaleups you can defend company by company
  • Build the assets that make that list believe before we ever speak, such as demo videos above all, plus the website, case study, and the posts and sequences that carry them
  • Run outbound to that list and fill the founders' calendar with qualified meetings; the founders demo and close
  • Own LinkedIn and whatever other channels earn their keep measured in meetings booked, not impressions
  • Feed what you learn from the market back into positioning, and sharpen the profile as customers two through ten land

You'll be a fit if

  • You can script, record, and edit a product demo yourself, end to end
  • You've personally built target lists and written outbound that got replies, not managed an agency that did
  • You write clearly in English about technical products, unsupervised
  • You've marketed or sold to buyers with budgets and business cases — legal, finance, ops, compliance
  • A blank page with full ownership excites you more than a mature brand with guardrails

Terms

  • Start in September 2026
  • 3-month paid engagement; the first month is a mutual trial
  • €5,000/month fixed
  • €300 for each qualified meeting you generate (we'll agree on the definition together in week one)
  • €5,000 bonus for the first customer you source and we close
  • 10% of collected revenue from accounts you sourced, for their first 12 months
  • For scale: our first customer is already a €60k/year account and growing fast

If this works the way we both intend, the 3 months end with an offer conversation: permanent role, attractive compensation, and a stake in the company.

How to apply

No CV needed. Send us two things:

  • A link to a product demo video you've made and you're proud of
  • Ten companies you think look like our customer, and one line on why
