As Product Marketing Associate, you'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and product development teams, helping shape the products, trends and launches that drive the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the development of new products, providing commercial and marketing insight to ensure they have strong viral potential.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends, viral content opportunities and successful product concepts across TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and category research to uncover market gaps, growth opportunities and insights that influence future product development.
  • Analyse product launches and social content performance, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve future success.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, influencing product launch priorities, international market opportunities and commercial decisions.

Essential Experience

  • Highly driven and ambitious, with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic and genuine hunger to succeed in a high-growth business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and turn insights into commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent understanding of social media, particularly TikTok, viral trends and what drives consumer engagement.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Salary

£40,000 - £45,000 +10% Bonus
