Product Marketing Associate - Rubbermaid Commercial Products
Location: Manchester area (Cheadle), or Birmingham area (Lichfield) or London
Reports to: Senior Manager, Product Marketing
Contract type: Permanent
Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Product Marketing Associate, you will help bring Rubbermaid Commercial Products and new product ideas to market across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of new and existing product development projects, and create practical tools that enable sales teams to succeed. You will build strong product knowledge and become a trusted day-to-day contact for product and category-related queries across the business.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities
NPD / EPD Execution
- Support the end-to-end delivery of new and existing product development projects, from initial brief through to launch and post-launch review.
- Coordinate project timelines, product information, approvals, samples, and launch materials to ensure successful and timely market delivery.
Category Management and Reporting
- Support category growth through assortment reviews, SKU analysis, performance tracking, and competitor monitoring.
- Produce clear reports and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and actions that support the EMEA strategic plan.

- Build strong partnerships with EMEA, international, and global teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other key functions.
- Gather market and customer insights, support product trials, and ensure local market requirements are represented in project delivery.
Commercial Enablement, Product Knowledge, and Training
- Develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials that support commercial success and brand activation.
- Act as a trusted product expert, providing guidance on product features, benefits, and applications to internal stakeholders.
Operational Support and Reporting
- Support the execution of the EMEA strategic plan by implementing category and product initiatives across the region.
- Contribute to sales and operations planning through inventory reporting, stock management support, and performance analysis.
What You'll Need
Minimum
- Demonstrated experience in product, channel, or brand marketing, including working with sales teams.
- Experience supporting physical-product launches, innovation, or product-lifecycle activity.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel approx. 20% of the time
