Primary Purpose of Role
Working in the Product Marketing Operations (PM Ops) team within SPTS, the Product Marketing Coordinator (PMC) is responsible for supporting multiple operational aspects of the Product Marketing function, enabling Product Marketing Managers to focus on strategic tasks and customer engagement.
The primary focus of the PMC is to create and manage the marketing-defined machine build specification requirements that Manufacturing Operations will work to, known within the organisation as the System Configuration Document (SCD).
Key Responsibilities & Areas of Involvement
- System Configuration Document (SCD) Coordination
- Slot plan demand tracking
- SCD coordination, generation and revision control
- Final Quote Review coordination and hosting
- Interaction with SAP sub-contractors
- Sample Demonstration Coordination
- Demo Request Form (DRF) review coordination & responses to sales
- Sample Demo Schedule Host & updates to sales
- Demo Statistics support for management review
- Live Demo/Factory Visit logistics
- RFQ Response Coordination When sized appropriately, a longer-term objective for the PM Ops team will be to coordinate (and contribute to) review and response of machine specifications along with quote guidance to Sales Operations, releasing Product Marketing Managers to focus on more strategic and customer-facing activities.

Knowledge of some of the following would be advantageous:
- Some knowledge of Semiconductor Processing equipment would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- The candidate is expected to be familiar with SAP, Powerpoint and Excel spreadsheets.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience
