A highly regarded investment management firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive to join its London-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their financial services career who has a strong interest in marketing, investments, and data analysis. Working closely with marketing, sales, investment, and product teams, you will play a key role in producing high-quality marketing materials and supporting business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be eager to develop their knowledge of asset management while contributing to a range of marketing and client communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, fund factsheets, investment commentaries, product narratives, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
- Review and improve existing marketing content to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate internal and external compliance reviews for marketing documents.
- Support the completion of RFPs and DDQs through analysis, data gathering, and use of centrally managed content libraries.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop reporting dashboards and analyse business data from CRM systems and other internal sources.
- Assist with client communications and broader marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Help maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand presentation across all marketing collateral.

Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience within financial services, investment management, marketing, product marketing, sales support, RFP writing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in asset management and investment markets.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly and effectively.
