Product Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive to shape how we talk about our products and take them to market.

You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, Data and Engineering to understand what our products do, who they’re for and what makes them valuable. You’ll turn that into clear messaging, useful content and go-to-market activity that helps customers understand why BCIS products matter to them.

From supporting launches and developing product positioning to creating sales materials and customer-facing content, you’ll have a varied role and plenty of opportunity to influence how our products are presented in the market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing product marketing plans that support our commercial objectives
  • Creating clear value propositions and messaging based on product features, customer needs and market insight
  • Planning and delivering go-to-market activity for new products, launches and updates
  • Creating product content including web copy, emails, brochures, case studies, presentations and sales materials
  • Working with Data and Engineering teams to understand product roadmaps, developments and customer needs
  • Supporting the Sales team with product messaging, collateral and materials for different customer groups
  • Carrying out customer, competitor and market research to inform product positioning and marketing activity
  • Tracking product marketing performance and using the results to improve future activity
  • Making sure product information is accurate and consistent across our channels
  • Supporting wider campaigns, PR and demand generation activity with relevant product knowledge and content
  • Producing and editing video content to support product marketing activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
