We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive to join our London-based team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality marketing materials including presentations, fund two-pagers and RFPs.

This role is ideal for someone who is at the beginning of their financial services career with an interest in marketing and data, who is eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support a range of marketing initiatives across digital, content, and client communications, contributing to the delivery of high-quality materials that reflect our brand and investment expertise.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the periodic and ad-hoc creation, updating and distribution of standard marketing materials including presentations, investment commentaries, fund two-pagers, standard DDQs and product narratives
  • Examine existing materials, templates and usage of content to ensure content is relevant and useful to Sales teams
  • Manage the internal and external compliance review and approval process of fund marketing documents
  • Assist the RFP team in completing RFPs and DDQs using the centrally managed content database including analysis and procurement of data to complete the quantitative aspects of RFPs/DDQs
  • Work in partnership with Sales & Marketing to develop dashboards and reports that bring together datasets across Salesforce, market intelligence and internal data sources

  • Stakeholder management – able to work with a variety of stakeholders across sales and investments teams, build relationships and be adaptable.
  • Attention to detail – ensures all materials sent externally are accurate and up to date.
  • Initiative – see opportunities to improve processes and be proactive in effecting change.
  • Analytical – strong numerical skills and comfortable with manipulating data and using it to make decisions and measure results.

Core Requirements

  • Preference for action – takes ownership for work and will see things through.
  • Interest in asset management / financial services
  • Ability to analyse data and communicate it clearly and concisely.
  • Prioritisation and multi-tasking whilst working under pressure.
  • Responsibility – demonstrates strong work ethic and takes initiative to meet client needs.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
