Every year, over a million parents trust My 1st Years to mark their child's first milestones with a gift that means something. From our own website to the shelves of Harrods and Selfridges, and now into new international markets, we're growing fast - and our product campaigns are what bring that growth to life.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Executive who wants more than a list of tasks to tick off. You'll get a genuine seat inside how campaigns are planned, briefed and delivered - with real ownership landing sooner than you'd expect.

WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS ONE

  • Hands-on ownership from day one - you'll run workstreams, not just support them, as your confidence builds.
  • A front-row seat on campaigns for a brand stepping into Harrods, Selfridges and new international markets.
  • Room to experiment - from AI tools in the content workflow to shaping how influencer partnerships are run.
  • A close-knit, cross-functional team spanning brand, ecommerce and our in-house creative studio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Keeping product campaigns moving - timelines, briefs, approvals - from kick-off to post-campaign review.
  • Briefing our studio and external partners, and coordinating assets across social, email, paid and retail.
  • Supporting influencer and partnership activity, from research through to performance tracking.
  • Pulling together campaign performance data and helping shape reporting for senior leadership.
  • Getting to know our products, customers and competitors inside out, so you can brief with real confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 1–3 years' marketing experience - consumer brand, ecommerce or agency background all welcome.
  • Sharp organisational skills and a knack for juggling multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
  • Confident, clear writing - a brief, a summary, a stakeholder update, all without much hand-holding.
  • A comfortable relationship with data and a genuine curiosity about AI tools and new ways of working.
  • A proactive streak - you spot problems early and show up with solutions, not just flags.
