Performance Marketing Intern
Employment: 3-Month Internship
This in-office internship gives you hands-on exposure to real performance marketing campaigns across global recruitment clients. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing and Client Success teams to execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
If you’re analytical, curious, and excited about paid media, data, and growth, this role will give you direct exposure to revenue-driven marketing strategies and measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Management
- Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Display networks.
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring.
- Help monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure optimal delivery.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.

Reporting & Insights
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards.
- Convert raw campaign data into structured insights and recommendations.
- Assist in creating executive-ready presentations highlighting performance impact.
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct research on industry benchmarks, recruitment marketing trends, and platform updates.
- Support strategic recommendations based on market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Success, Creative, and Data teams.
- Align campaign strategies with hiring goals and client KPIs.
- Support internal discussions with actionable performance insights.
Product & Platform Learning
- Develop strong understanding of AI-powered platform and optimization engine.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
