πŸš€ About Nivoda

Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that is transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect buyers and sellers across the world, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the businesses and people we serve.

🌍 Our Mission

The diamond trading industry has historically been fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible. Nivoda was founded to change that: to empower businesses of all sizes and locations to participate in a fair, efficient global marketplace. Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission.

πŸ€” About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how Nivoda explains itself: the positioning, the messaging, and the story that makes independent jewellers understand why we are worth switching to. This is the foundation the rest of marketing is built on, from paid campaigns to sales conversations. You will define who we are for, what we say, and why it lands, and then arm the whole go-to-market team to say it consistently.

This is a hands-on role. You will own positioning and messaging, lead the go-to-market for new product launches, sharpen our competitive edge, and build the sales enablement that turns interest into customers.

You will start as a senior individual contributor with real ownership of product marketing end to end. As the company grows there is room to build a function beneath you, but this is a role for a builder who wants to do the work, not just direct it.

😎 What would YOU be doing?

  • Own Nivoda’s positioning and messaging: define who we are for, the problems we solve, and the words we use, and keep them sharp as the business evolves.
  • Lead the go-to-market for product launches. Shape the narrative, coordinate across teams, and make sure new features land with the jewellers they are built for.
  • Build the competitive intelligence that keeps us ahead: understand the alternatives jewellers weigh, and give the team the arguments that win.
  • Arm our sales team with the enablement they need, from one-pagers and decks to talk tracks, so every conversation tells a consistent and compelling story.
  • Own the messaging and narrative on our core product and positioning pages, partnering with the teams who own the website and the signup experience.
  • Shape our pricing and packaging story so the value is obvious and easy to say yes to.
  • Feed clear, tested messaging into demand gen and content, so campaigns ladder up to one coherent point of view without ever feeling like an ad.
  • Ground everything in customer truth: talk to jewellers, run win/loss, and turn what you learn into sharper positioning.
  • Partner closely with product and the growth PM so what we build and how we talk about it stay in lockstep.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

πŸ˜‰ What do we need from YOU?

  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B or marketplace company, with a track record of positioning and launches that moved the business.
  • You are a builder. You would rather write the messaging, run the launch, and ship the deck than hand it off.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling. You can take something complex and make it simple, sharp, and persuasive.
  • A strategic head for positioning: you can define a market, a segment, and a wedge, and defend your choices.
  • Comfort with data and customer research. You start from evidence, not opinion.
  • You work well across functions, especially with sales and product, and you build trust quickly.
  • Comfort as a senior IC on a small team, building process where none exists, with the ambition to grow a function over time.
  • You are AI forward, always testing new tools, and learning new applications of AI to improve your efficiency and effectiveness
