We’re partnering with a well-established and highly recognisable UK multi-channel retailer to recruit a Product Marketing Lead.
With a strong heritage in the UK retail market and a broad product offering, the business continues to evolve its customer proposition across both its extensive store network and digital channels.
This is an opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with Buying, eCommerce, Retail and Marketing teams to identify commercial opportunities, build compelling product stories and turn great products into best sellers.

A bit about the role
- Develop and deliver annual product marketing plans, prioritising hero products and opportunities that drive commercial results.
- Transform product features into compelling customer benefits and develop campaigns that inspire customers to buy.
- Lead product marketing across stores, website, email, social media and emerging channels, including TikTok Shop.
- Champion the effective use of AI and emerging tools to improve marketing productivity, content creation and campaign performance.
- Use sales data, customer insight and campaign performance to measure impact, identify opportunities and continuously optimise activity.

A bit about you
- Experience within retail product marketing, commercial marketing or a similar customer-focused environment.
- You’re comfortable working with sales data and can translate insight into decisions that positively impact the bottom line.
- You understand how product marketing can influence both physical store performance and digital conversion.
- You’re an excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, challenge the status quo and bring teams together.
- You’re naturally curious and constantly looking for the next product, trend or customer behaviour that could create a commercial opportunity.
